Email hello@pickleplan.ai and a real person will read it. We aim to reply within two business days.
Include the email address on your account and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it happened. That usually saves a round trip.
Everything to do with billing lives on your account page. From there you can upgrade to Pro, open the billing portal to update your card or download invoices, and cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The quiz asks twelve questions about your technique, consistency and match play, then maps your answers onto the DUPR scale. You can retake it at any time from your account page, and your plan is rebuilt around the new rating.
After each session you answer two quick questions: how hard it felt and how much of it you finished. Once you have enough check-ins on an active plan, the app writes the next week of that plan from your answers and adds a short note explaining what it changed and why. Existing days are never rewritten.
Open Log Match from the dashboard, record the result, your opponent level and the part of your game that broke down. After a few matches the app uses the most frequent breakdown tag from your losses to steer your next plan.
Go to your account page and choose Retake quiz. Your rating updates to the new result and your next plan is built from it. Your existing plans and history stay where they are.
The account page has a delete option. Deleting removes your plans, check-ins, logged sessions, coach history and progress. It cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first so you are not billed again.
Scale it back or stop. The plan is a suggestion produced by an AI system, not a prescription. Mark the session as too hard in your check-in and the next week will come back easier. If something hurts, stop and speak to a physician.
